Whether you need one part of a circuit or need to hire a complete crushing and screening circuit, Rapid can probably help. We have one of the largest fleets of crushing and screening equipment with some of the largest available to hire anywhere.

Rapid predominantly runs Metso based crushers with jaw crushers right up to the Jonnson L160, a tracked mobile jaw crusher running the Metso C160 jaw. This is over 190 tonnes when assembled and is commonly used as the primary jaw crusher for many mine sites across Australia. These are ideal for large scale campaigns but can also roll in to fill the role of a primary crusher when a failure or shutdown occurs on your mine site.

Rapid has an extensive fleet of cone crushers with most tracked units being HP300 or HP400 based. We also have impact crushers positioned on both the east and west coast of Australia.

Once your material is crushed to the sizing you desire you must sort, screen, and handle the products and ores. Rapid also has this aspect well covered.

Our hire fleet includes many tracked mobile screens in varying sizes and configurations. We can supply and fit the screen mats to suit your needs and provide spares and support during the hire period.

The last aspect is material stockpiling. Rapid has many conveyor solutions like tracked stacking conveyors, transfer conveyors, feed hopper conveyors, surge bins (should you need to load a train or permanent product conveyor system), radial stacking conveyors, product weightometer conveyors, magnet stands, and more to streamline your crushing and screening plant outputs. Rapid can also tailor our hire package with a stockpiling front-end loader, haul trucks or similar, to suit your material handling needs.
